Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor (6pm-6an Shift)
Location: Seabrook, NJ - On-Site
Salary: $70k-$110k DOE
Requirements: HS Diploma or GED, 2+ years previous experience in a Supervisory Role in a manufacturing environment (food/beverage manufacturing industry preferred!)

Primary Responsibilities
You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of employees who repair and maintain the building/facility, equipment, and machinery.Your main responsibility as our Maintenance Supervisor is to provide and help our Maintenance and Operations Department in the areas of systems development, cost control, technical training, capital project management, business expenses, as well as safety, environmental and health issues.
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will manage 3-10 employees as well as maintain staff, recruit, hire, & train new hires
Maintain a safe and legal work environment, handle conflict resolution, coaching, handle scheduling, etablish goals, execute projects, manage times and deadlines
What You Must Have
HS Diploma, GED required (College Degree Preferred)
2 or more years experience in a Supervisory Role within the Manufacturing and/or Production Realm
Proficiency in Computer Information Systems or Software
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Food/Beverage Manufacturing Industry
Experience in Report Writing
Coaching and Training Experience
