Position Overview: The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment. This role is critical in maintaining our high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of performance.
- Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to enhance operational efficiency and equipment utilization.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory management, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the maintenance department.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
