We are a nationwide law firm seeking an enthusiastic entry-level Litigation Associate, with a passion for civil and commercial litigation to join our Pittsburgh team! This is a primarily client facing role and is an excellent opportunity for a new attorney to develop their litigation skills, while making meaningful contribution to our growing team. If you have some previous experience in attending depositions, drafting pleadings, and written discovery experience, we would love to learn more about you!
Position Overview: As a Litigation Associate will work independently as well as our assist senior attorneys with managing a variety of civil litigation matters. This includes conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing witness and deposition materials, and participating in all stages of trial preparation.
