- Serve as the lead contact for all consultants and contractors during the entitlement,
design, construction, and delivery of single-family lots and multifamily community developments
- Assist in preparing and managing all project pro formas, budgets, cash flows, and track
reimbursable.
- Attend City approval meetings with consultants and present any materials required.
- Assists and manages permit process and approval
- Coordinate zoning matters with appropriate consultants, legal, and governmental bodies.
- 3+ years of residential lot development experience
- Experience with attorneys, land planners, engineers, architects, and contractors in
entitlement, design, and construction of residential subdivisions.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. Must take initiative, be
resourceful, prioritize, and perform within a team environment while maintaining
focus and multitasking in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of residential lot development with a high intellectual curiosity.
- Must have strong coordination, time management, active listening,
communication, critical thinking, and reasoning skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a "will to win" attitude.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, MS Projects, and HCSS Software.
