We are looking for a Solution Engineer / Business Analyst who can help with on boarding new customers by meeting with key stakeholders and designing the workflow through understand business processes and needs. You will be instrumental in our ability to move from Sale to happy customer.
What You Will Be Doing
Working with clients and recently signed up customers for:
1. Gathering Information around processes and needs
2. Creating technical documents that outline how our software needs to be customized
3. Building models and working with clients to ensure our workflows meet their needs
4. Troubleshooting and analysis
5. Client and Customer Support and interfacing
What You Need for this Position
At Least 1 Year of experience and knowledge of:
- Kronos - implementation / customization / deployment
- Workforce Management software like Kronos or ADP eTime
- Post Sales
- Business Analysis
- Implementation
- SQL / relational database
- Client Facing
- Gathering Requirements
- Creating Technical Documents
- Understanding Business Processes
