Top AmLaw100 law firm is looking for an IT Quality Assurance Supervisor with at least 7 years of QA experience, preferably within a global multi-office law firm environment. Must have experience with managing, developing and training teams. Cloud experience is highly preferred (MS shop). Hybrid role; 6 days in office per month. Salary negotiable.
The IT Quality Assurance Supervisor will be responsible for providing quality assurance oversight, guidance, and support to a legal firms technology team, while managing, mentoring, and training QA personnel. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software testing, and experience with application development and testing schedules.
The IT Quality Assurance Supervisor will oversee the development and testing of legal and other applications using Azure cloud platforms, while ensuring the quality and accuracy of software in accordance with departmental and organizational standards. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across the technology team to track, identify, and resolve any quality issues, and manage testing schedules and metrics.
The IT Quality Assurance Supervisor should have an understanding of agile and SCRUM methodology, and have a proven track record of successful supervision of software testing teams. The successful candidate should have excellent technical and interpersonal skills, and be able to foster an environment of collaboration and growth.
Position Overview:
The IT Quality Assurance Supervisor will oversee the development and testing of LLP and other applications using Azure cloud platforms, while ensuring the quality and accuracy of software in accordance with departmental and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
