Job Title: IT Manager
Location: Marion, TX
Salary: $99,000 - $118,000/ year, depending on experience
Position Overview: The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's technology infrastructure and ensuring that it meets the needs of the business. This role will involve managing a team of IT professionals, implementing new systems and processes, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support business objectives
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of all hardware, software, and systems
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including ATSG and All Toyota Security Guidelines
- Monitor and analyze IT processes and systems to identify areas for continuous improvement
- Develop and manage the IT budget, including forecasting and cost control measures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and processes
- Experience with compliance and regulatory guidelines
- Proven track record of managing budgets and driving cost-saving initiatives
- Experience in manufacturing or automotive industries is preferred
- Knowledge of equipment and technology used in manufacturing operations
