This is a full time position with a leading HVAC and mechanical company in the area. They have been around for over 50 years and have seen consistent growth. They are a very stable company with consistent projects, so they are currently hiring for experienced PM/Estimators. This person will be responsible for providing overall Bidding, estimates, direction, timelines, etc. for their commercial construction projects.
- 5+ years experience as a HVAC Estimator
- Experience at a Commercial HVAC company
- Knowledge of documents, process, etc.
- Sheet metal experience
- Estimating and Bidding commercial HVAC Construction projects
- Ensure project milestones are met while maintaining a high quality work
- Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents and subcontracts/Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Competitive Salary ($75k-$125k DOE)
