Job Title: Human Resources Director
Location: Dallas, Texas (Onsite)
Compensation: $90,000-100,000
In this position, you will be responsible for leading our human resources department. You will be responsible for driving our company's growth and success by attracting, retaining, and developing top talent. The responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement successful hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the entire hiring process, which includes posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers.
- Form and maintain connections with external networks and recruitment agencies.
- Promote a friendly and upbeat work environment.
- Respond to employee questions, grievances, and disputes in a professional and discreet manner.
- Conduct frequent surveys and check-ins with employees to assess their level of engagement and satisfaction.
- Oversee the performance review process, which includes setting goals, providing feedback, and creating development plans.
- Educate and train managers on best practices in performance management.
- Monitor employee performance and determine the need for training, then develop or procure programs to improve your staff's skills and competencies.
- Oversee and manage employee benefit plans, including retirement accounts, health insurance, and other benefits.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze compensation data to maintain market competitiveness.
- Take part in the development of policies and compensation structures.
- Create, maintain, and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Stay up to date on changes to employment laws and make sure everyone in the company is compliant.
- Assist with employee relations issues and disciplinary measures as required.
- Keep track of HR documentation and provide senior management with reports on important HR metrics.
- Other responsibilities as needed
- 5+ years of HR Experience
- Experience in a supervisory/managerial role
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR Certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) is a plus
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Extensive experience processing payroll in ADP Workforce
- Experience 401k auditing
- Strong knowledge of HR and employment laws
