Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Woodinville, WA
Salary Rate: $90,000 - $120,000
My client is a well respected construction company who have been in business for almost 20 years and have become one of the largest players in their industry nationwide. We are now looking for a new HR manager who has experience in construction human resources to join our team, if that sounds like you, let's connect!
Responsibilities:
Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of construction professionals.
Manage employee relations, address grievances, and conflicts, and foster a positive work culture.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the construction industry.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations, including safety protocols.
Collaborate with project managers to optimize workforce planning and resource allocation.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role within the construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations applicable to construction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
