Position Overview:
The HR Generalist is responsible for ensuring that the HR department operates efficiently and effectively. This role will provide assistance with recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks. The HR Generalist will be responsible for maintaining employee records and ensuring legal compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Must have Maufacturing background
Develop, implement and manage human resources processes, policies, and procedures
Manage the onboarding process for new employees
Administer payroll and benefits
Conduct employee performance reviews
Assist with recruitment and interviewing process
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Handle employee grievances and disputes
Analyze and report on HR data
Maintain employee records
Manage employee recognition programs
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Foster a positive working environment
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Proven work experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager or similar role
Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices

Depending on expereince between $58,000-$65,000
