Salary: $120,000 - $160,000
We are seeking an Associate Attorney with a background in General Liability Defense to join our legal team. The Associate Attorney will work closely with other lawyers and staff within the firm to provide legal counsel and representation to clients. The successful candidate will have experience in various areas of general liability, premises liability, and government codes.
Position Overview: The Associate Attorney will provide legal services in the area of general liability defense, including researching legal issues and preparing legal documents. This position requires a combination of strong research, writing, and communication skills, as well as a willingness to learn. The Associate Attorney will also be responsible for representing clients in court and appearing in depositions.
