Based in Schlusser, PA we're a full service fire protection contractor with a long history of success and currently we are looking for a Fire Sprinkler Estimator to join our team.
What You Will Be Doing
Help with site meetings, project scheduling, and project communications
Decide on installation techniques, review contract drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and relevant standards.
Make suggestions for RFIs, MCRs, modification orders, and ASIs
Generate proposals for change orders, RFI's, ASI's and MCR's; communicate approved items into organizational system(s) and/or to designated representative for processing
Discuss project status with AHJs, contractors, owners, architects, and other design experts.
What You Need for this Position
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of fire sprinkler estimating experience
Basic and advanced math skills
Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
NFPA Code Knowledge
OSHA 10/30 Certification
Experience working with Microsoft Word, Outlook
Valid driver's license in good standing
Active NICET Certification may be required
