Field Service Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for our manufacturing equipment and robotic systems. The goal is to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime for our clients' operations.

Key Responsibilities

Travel to client sites to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and robotic systems
Provide hands-on support for hydraulic assembly and repair tasks
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
Conduct training sessions for clients on proper equipment usage and maintenance
Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely parts availability and service delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and assembly
Familiarity with Fanuc robotics and programming
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Willingness to travel frequently for on-site service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
