Job Title: Federal Contracts Compliance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Compliance Manager who is skilled in federal contract bidding for transit projects in California. Our ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years of experience as an Accountant, with 3+ years of experience dealing directly with Caltrans contracts.
Position Overview: The Federal Contracts Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all contracts are in compliance with applicable rules and regulations. The role includes conducting audits, monitoring and evaluating contract performance, and providing training on compliance-related topics. The Federal Contracts Compliance Manager will act as the liaison between the company and the Federal Government in matters related to contracts.
