Position Overview
The Executive Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a high-end estate, ensuring that all aspects of the household run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a complex calendar, providing support to high net worth individuals and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the estate including staff oversight, maintenance, and operations.
- Coordinate and manage complex calendars for the principal, including scheduling appointments, travel, and events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for household staff and vendors, ensuring excellent communication and service.
- Plan and execute domestic travel arrangements and executive events as needed.
- Maintain an organized and efficient household environment, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Develop and implement processes for household management to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven 15+ years of recent experience as Executive Assistant, Estate Manager, or Personal Assistant in a high net worth environment
- Exceptional organizational and calendar management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Experience in managing household staff and providing domestic services.
