Job Title: Estimator
Job Location: La Habra, CA
Salary: $140K-$170K + Bonus (DOE)
Requirements: 5+ years of Estimating experience

These projects have included commercial and industrial projects as well as reconstruction and specialty developments. What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee the project from first estimate through subcontract finalization
- Prepare instructions to bidders, bid form and other bid solicitation information as
required.
- Manage the bid process on negotiated, GMP, and lump sum projects
- Participate in the preparation and presentation of cost/budget information to the
customer/owner.
- Lead estimate / preconstruction handoff meetings between the preconstruction team and
the project team.
What You Need for this Position
- 5+ years of construction experience
- Commercial, industrial experience
- Public Works, Education, Healthcare, etc.
