Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate electrical field operations for residential construction projects.
-Manage a team of electricians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
-Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to optimize workflow and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
-Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and specifications.
-Oversee material procurement, inventory management, and equipment maintenance to support project needs.
-Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential electrical construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
-Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-Valid electrical license and driver's license required.
