We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Department Manager to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team, developing strategies, and overseeing projects. We are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills, the ability to think critically and solve problems, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As Electrical Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, managing personnel, developing strategies and projects, and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- 10+ years experience in three of the following service areas: Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Polymers/Resins compounding, and Manufacturing
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP and Revit software
- Salary: $125k - $175k DOE
- 401k match
- Profit sharing
- PTO & Company paid holidays
