We are looking to bring on an Experience Commercial Drywall & Metal Stud Framing Estimator, with at least 5+ Years of Experience working on large Drywall Projects (ideally in the $10M range and up). ssistant Project Manager to the team in Atlanta. What you need:
- 5+ Years Experience Commercial Drywall & Metal Stud Framing
- Willingness to Relocate to Phoenix, AZ (relocation expenses provided for)
- Experience with commercial metal stud framing, drywall for exterior and interior systems, lath and plaster, scaffolding, EIFS, exterior systems, plaster, waterproofing, and acoustical ceilings is a must
-Must have experience working with large Commercial GCs handling Drywall and Metal Stud Framing on Multi-Million dollar projects and large commercial buildings
- Possesses the requisite technical skills necessary and remains current with the most recent estimating techniques and procedures
- Possesses the requisite computer hardware and software skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, On-Screen Take-Off/Quick Bid, Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam
