Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Job Location: Remote, then Dublin, CA
Salary: $140,000-$150,000 + Bonus, Benefits
Requirements: SaaS, Bachelors or better, great communication, experience preparing and presenting formal reports for key stakeholders

We are a mid-sized SaaS company looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our fast growing, ambitious team! We are a leader and global provider of supply chain management solutions for the food and beverage industry.

What You Will Be Doing

Identify growth opportunities
Prepare and lead quarterly customer business reviews
Prepare and present formal reports for (internal and external) key stakeholders
Establish and refine tools and processes internally to facilitate customer interaction

What You Need for this Position

5+ years of experience within SaaS
Exceptional client management skills
Great communication
Bachelors degree or better
