What You Will Be Doing
- Manage construction activities in the field for multiple new homes.
- Work closely as direct report to Director of Construction, in addition to
Senior managers and owners to provide construction schedule and budget
reporting.
- Review and approve subcontractor requests for payment.
- Ensure that subcontractors and trades are adhering to construction
schedule, quality requirements and scopes of work.
- Provide a superior level of customer service during pre-construction
meetings, walk through and warranty period.
- Ensure that the worksite, models and common areas are safe, clean and
orderly.
- Assist with maintenance of model homes and subdivision common areas.
What You Need for this Position
- 2 years of current or recent experience with a production or custom
homebuilder
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- High School diploma
