Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Rochester, NY ***On-site position only***
Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 DOE + extensive benefits, relocation assistance and incredible on-site amenities (gym with a trainer, spa, chef, etc.)
Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, 3+ years working with solar and experience within Construction

- Maintain full control of budget and scheduling from development stages through PTO
- Accountability for all financial documentation for projects
- Be the main point of contact for all client interface & relations
- Identify necessary permits and licenses to ensure the projects meet regulations & compliance
- Preparation of bid packages, procure materials, and services as needed to complete projects on time
- Maintain accurate record keeping of design team correspondence, RFI's, submittals, drawings, change orders, and project billing
- Utilize efficient procedures on each solar project to finish projects on time while minimalizing financial risk
- Manage and coordinate on-site subcontractor activities for compliance and requirements
- Supervise and mentor all superintendents
- Direct & approve the development and implementation of subcontractor schedule recovery plans as required
- Procurement of all major materials for projects to ensure conformity with the contract documents
- Ensure all personnel adheres by OSHA Safety Standards, Quality, Ethical Standards and Lessons Learned policies
- Display full knowledge of the safety program and act as the safety representative on site
- Has general knowledge of all disciplines of construction allowing you to stand in for the Project Superintendent in absence
- Confirming that all documentation has been reviewed, compiled and is completely accurate for project close out and turnover
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- 3+ years of experience within solar
- History of supervising others
Preferred:
- History of Project Management within Construction
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or other comparable certifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Project or similar software
