Construction Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects, primarily in the restaurant sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
Work closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and team members.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
Ensure that all construction activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with restaurant projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
