We are an established disaster restoration and reconstruction firm, and we are currently searching for a Construction Project Manager/Estimator to join our Construction Division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing residential and commercial insurance reconstruction projects while being responsible for customer interaction and satisfaction.

- Planning and executing residential and commercial insurance reconstruction projects from start to finish
- Managing subcontractors and resource providers
- Managing the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction
- Evaluating and selling projects
- Identifying and documenting project scope of work
- Reviewing estimates
- Creating project schedule, timeline and budget
- Residential and/or commercial Project Management experience
- Insurance rebuild experience
- Xactimate experience is required
