Commercial Roofing Project Manager
Location: Ohio
Position Overview
The Commercial Roofing Project Manager will oversee all aspects of commercial roofing projects, including client meetings, scheduling, cost estimates, and budgeting. This position will require a strong knowledge of commercial roofing materials, installation, and repair. The Project Manager will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the roofing projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities
Develop project plans, including timeline, budget, and staffing requirements
Supervise the installation of all commercial roofing projects
Prepare cost estimates and monitor project budgets
Perform quality assurance checks to ensure projects are progressing according to plan
Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety protocols
Maintain all related paperwork and records
Monitor project progress and adjust accordingly
Communicate project status to clients
Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall project success
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in commercial roofing
Knowledge of materials, installation, and repair
Previous experience in project management
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software
