We are seeking a qualified Claim Litigation Supervisor for an On-Site position and are offering an amazing compensation package for the right person, is that you?!
- Reviews claims assigned to the staff and provides direction and ongoing guidance.
- Supervises panel counsel activities to ensure compliance to our guidelines.
- Coordinates activities between Defense Counsel and staff in the effective resolution of suits through settlement conferences, appraisal, and mediation.
- Hires, trains, develops, and appraises staff effectively.
-This position may be subject to business related travel that includes driving.
- In- depth understanding of claims and litigation operating practice's and regulations.
- Knowledge of construction methods and costs with the ability to write estimates and complete contents and building valuation reports.
- Must have the ability to identify, analyze, evaluate, and resole high complex matters in claim litigation.
- Must possess strong communication, time management, good decision making, and independent judgment skills.
- Must have field experience.
