We are a "Self Perform" Underground Utilities Construction Company in search for an experienced Lead Heavy Truck Mechanic to join our team in our Ringwood, NJ HQ. This is a full time, permanent position with great benefits. We specialize in mass excavation, rock handling, underground utilities, private and public infrastructure, asphalt paving, aggregate crushing, WWTPs, Pump Stations, Water & Sewer Mains, asphalt production, and much more. Lead Diesel Truck Mechanics perform diagnostic tests, routine maintenance and some large-scale repair procedures on our fleet of heavy Mack trucks and trailers. They are essential to the safety and growth of our company. Do you have experience in the following? - Diesel engine & transmission repair - Hydraulic systems - Trailer repair - Electrical/wiring harness diagnostics - Air-conditioning - Heavy truck suspensions - Drive train repair & lubrication - Preventive maintenance - Welding/fabrication - Truck tire repair Experience with: - Excavator - Dragline Excavator - Backhoe - Grader - Wheel Tractor Scraper - Trencher - Loader - Tower Crane - Paver - Stevens
