Job Title: Billing Supervisor

As our Billing Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring monthly, project, and time & material billings are completed accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring timely collections of customer receipts, review and approve invoices, client agreement changes, as well as prepare account reconciliations, post adjusting journal entries, and prepare financial reports. This role reports to the Controller and will be responsible for supervising the Billing and Collections team.
