Job Title: Family Law Attorney
Location: Cary, NC
Salary: $90,000-125,000 + bonuses
Well-established, award winning law firm is looking to add an experienced Family Law Attorney to their growing team based in the Raleigh-Durham Area. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience with all things family law, particularly with a focus on divorce and child custody cases. This is a hybrid position in Cary, NC.
- Providing the highest quality legal services to families while they navigate some of the most difficult times in their lives.
- Handle your own caseload of all matters pertaining to Family Law
- Represent clients in litigation and transactional matters
- Drafting Legal Documents - Motions, Pleadings, Orders, Status Updates
- Analyze Discovery and develop strategies - settlement and trial when necessary
- Work closely with members of our support staff
- At least 3 years of experience as a Family Law Attorney
- Handling your own caseload - Divorce, Custody, Child/Spousal Support, Alimony, Asset Division, Premarital Agreements, Mediation, etc.
- A strong commitment to excellence, providing clients with your best at all times
- Licensed to practice law in North Carolina
- Juris Doctor
