Job Title: Associate Attorney
Location: Denver, CO
Salary: $110k-$185k DOE (plus bonuses, PTO, 401(k), insurance, etc.)
Requirements: 2+ years of litigation experience. Experience within Insurance Defense is highly preferred but not necessarily a "must have".
We are a well respected, mid-sized litigation firm situated in the Denver Tech Center and are looking to hire an associate attorney with at least two years of experience in litigation. Ideal candidates will be focused on insurance-related cases such as bad faith claims, coverage disputes, personal injury cases, and lawsuits involving construction defects and premises liability.

The ideal candidate will have experience investigating/defending first- and third-party claims, taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and attending court hearings in state and federal courts. Experience drafting coverage opinions and conducting examinations under oath is a strong plus. Excellent research, writing, and independent thinking skills are essential. Candidates will have the opportunity to handle the day-to-day responsibility for all aspects of the matters on which they work, from pre-litigation analysis and client recommendations through trial and appeal.
