We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. You will play a key role in legal research, providing counsel, and representing clients in consumer and employment class actions, mass actions, and arbitrations.

You'll do!

Conduct thorough legal research and provide sound legal advice.
Represent clients in consumer and employment class actions, as well as in arbitration settings.
Draft legal documents and correspondence with clarity and precision.
Engage in negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Work independently and manage your caseload remotely with minimal supervision.

You bring!

General familiarity with California law protecting consumers and employees.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience in complex and class action litigation is preferred.
Experience in labor and employment law is preferred.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Candidates will undergo assessments for intelligence, motivation, and personal characteristics to ensure a good fit for our team.
