Job Title: Assistant Project Manager
Specialty: Multi-Family (High-Rise, Mid-Rise, Wood-Frame)
Location: Arlington, VA
Compensation: $110-$130K
Are you looking to join a firm that has been in business for 30+ years, built/renovated 10,000+ units while completing over 100 projects since formation in the VA/DC area? Our project type varies from affordable housing, market rate, HUD, renovation to concrete/steel structure to wood frame in certain instances too.
We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team to assist with our pipeline of multi-family projects including affordable housing and HUD projects.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assist in daily operations of site, ensuring compliance with schedule and safety requirements.
- Assist in the flow of Project Submittals, QC paperwork, LEED items and meeting minutes including coordination with Subcontractors.
- CPM schedule maintenance/updating.
- Enforcement of project CPM schedule, Submittal deadlines, Q.C. and Safety Documentation.
- Oversee setup, organization and maintenance of jobsite office area and assist in activities of construction or extractive workers.
What You Need For This Position
- Experience in high-rise, mid-rise, and wood-framed residential projects from start-finish.
- Experience with Primavera P6 a plus
- Degree in Construction Management or Architecture, LEED accreditation is a huge plus
Base: $110-$130K+
