Position Overview
The Assistant HR Manager will support the HR department in implementing effective HR strategies and initiatives that promote a positive work environment. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage HR functions, KPI management, ensure compliance with policies, and enhance employee engagement within the manufacturing sector.
