GROUND UP / COMMERICAL SUPERINTENDENT

Accept Traveling Superintendents and will provide Lodging + travel back home every 2 weeks!
We are a privately-owned General Contractor that is constantly growing and is looking to add a skilled Superintendent. We are looking for a Superintendent who has ground-up/commercial experience and is comfortable using Procore. We offer competitive salary + benefits + 401K/match + lodging (if needed) + travel expense back home every 2 weeks (if needed).

What You Will Be Doing
- Produce and monitor the project specific safety plan
- Create and maintain the baseline project schedule to assure conformance
- Oversee subcontractors
- Various ground-up projects
What You Need for this Position
Requirements
- Commercial Construction Experience
- 2+ years of Superintendent Experience
- Ground-Up Experience
- Procore
