What You Will Be Doing
Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities
Direct all field personnel and subcontractors to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to approved plans and specifications
Maintain construction schedule, identify and solve problems
Schedule inspections as necessary throughout the process
Understand the project plans and specifications to ensure compliance by subcontractors
Maintain positive relationships with project owners, subcontractors, suppliers, laborers and employees
Prepare daily reports with documentation of work progress, look-ahead schedules and supervise completion of a final punch list
Maintain all construction documents
Promote job site safety, encourage safe work practices and rectify job site hazards immediately
What You Need for this Position
5+ Years Experience in:
Custom Design Home Builds or equivalent
Hillside Builds (retaining walls, soil knowledge)
Scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction
Computer skills including Word, Excel, and willingness to learn and use construction management software via iPad on site.
