Job Title: Sr. Electronics Technician

What You Will Be Doing
The Senior Electronic Technician is responsible for performing a variety of technical assignments such as testing, troubleshooting, maintaining and calibrating electronic equipment. Tests high voltage AC and DC switching mode power supplies and sub-assemblies for performance capabilities and design adequacy. Troubleshoot analog and digital circuits down to the component level. Have a good understanding of power electronic theory. Have a good working knowledge of test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, RF signal generator, spectrum analyzer, and power meters. Works from sketches and verbal instructions under limited supervision.
What You Need for this Position
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in electronics technology or electrical engineering
- 3+yrs experience in Electronic Technician role
- Ability to perform mechanical, electrical, and/or system-level troubleshooting
- Test equipment such as oscilloscope
- Knowledge of Printed circuit layout
- Schematics (such as checking symbol validity, generating, checking netlist and identify design rule errors)
- BOMs, ECO Documentation
- PLM, Agile
- Assembly instructions
