What You Will Be Doing
- Work with back end end architecture to improve on features
- Work with existing code base and update/migrate legacy code to modern robust framework
- Build and create new features with a heavy focus on highly scalable code
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to ensure high quality development
What You Need for this Position
The Senior Java Developer must have at least 4 years of hands on development experience and be familiar with:
- Bachelors of Science in CS or related field
- Strong understanding of Java development with Spring Boot
- Previous experience building micro services architecture with AWS Cloud environment
- Implementing REST API into various web and mobile components
Nice to Have
- Masters of Science
- Solid understanding of DevOps environments (CI/CD, Docker, Jenkins, etc.) and AWS products (S3, Lambda, ElasticSearch, etc.)
- Previous integration of payment processing API
