The Senior Hardware Engineer will provide expertise and integration in Electronic Engineering design, and work with a team of engineers designing and developing new products for medical devices from concepts through production.
What You Will Be Doing
Design/verify and validate low noise analog circuit to meet signal to noise ratio, noise and compatibility requirements.
Design/verify and validate high speed digital signal - memory lines and RF signals to comply with EMC and related standards.
Perform simulations of electrical circuits to validate performance.
Create clear and concise electrical schematics of circuit designs.
Perform highly integrated, low noise, high performance PCB layout using CAD software.
Create and maintain documentations pertaining to designs, verifications and validations.
Troubleshoot electronic circuits and PCB designs.
What You Need for this Position
Ph.D. w/4+ years, Masters Degree w/6+ years or Bachelors Degree w/8+ years experience
PCB layout of electronic design with BGAs, microcontroller, and high-density layouts, high speed signal layout
Schematic layout of electronic design
Low noise analog circuit design
Electronic circuit design and analysis & troubleshooting
Test and measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, function generator, multimeter, and current probes)
Design and integration of wireless connectivity (i.e. BLE, Wi-Fi) hardware
Extensive experience selecting components/ parts/ technologies based on design requirements
Working knowledge in C, C++, and C# programming knowledge and application preferred
Highly proficient in CAD tool for design capture and layout.
Familiarity with Altium CAD tools is highly preferred.
Organize and document design process and highly organized with file management.
Excellent communication and ability to interface effectively with engineering and manufacturing personnel.
