What You Will Be Doing
As the Senior Financial Reporting Analyst you will be in charge of the monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, analyzing current and historical results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, support management, and help with operating budgets and forecasts. You will also be assisting with the year-end audits and do peer benchmarking and industry analysis. It will requires communicating your finding to both internal and external shareholders and regular attendance to workshops and reviewing publications.
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- Experience with financial reporting, business intelligence, and data analysis
- Worked the real estate industry preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft's Excel
- CPA/CFA highly preferred
