What You Will Be Doing
As the Sr. Corporate Accountant you will be responsible for gathering financial data and ledger, consolidate and analyze financial statements and results, prepare budgets and monitor expenses, handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings, oversee audits, prepare taxes, process payroll, and more. You will also be expected to monitor expenses, keep tax records up-to-date, manage bank balances and cash flow.
What You Need for this Position
- A Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or similar and 5+ years experience with the following:
- Property management/real estate accounting
- Worked with Yardi and Excel
- Worked in a fast-paced, high revenue environment
- CPA a big plus
- Big 4 experience a big plus
