What You Will Be Doing
Reporting to the senior director of immuno-oncology, this role will be working with a team of 3 to develop in-vitro assays, perform transfection/transduction and cloning for cell line generation, and execute ELISA and binding assays. This role will be using animal model techniques, including handling the animals, however if that would be an issue for you, please do not let that dissuade you from applying!
-Design, develop and perform mechanistic-based in vitro cell-based assays including flow cytometry-based assays, Incucyte-based assays, multiplexed protein assays
-Perform transfection/transduction and cloning for cell line generation
-Execute ELISAs and other binding assays
-Isolate and analyze immune cell populations from blood and rodent tissues
-Manage and maintain mammalian cell culture facility
What You Need for this Position
-BS/MS in Biology or similar with 4-6+ years of industry experience
-Experience developing in-vitro assays
-Flow cytometry (3+ colors)
-Mammalian cell culture
-Immunology-based in vitro assay development and execution
-Hands-on experience with ELISA and binding assays
-Laboratory experience in biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry setting a must
