Salesforce Developer- Lightning, Java/Javalite, GIT, PHP, REMOTE

We are on the hunt for a Software Engineer with a few years ( not a decade or more, this is a lower level role for an up and comer with a few years under their belt) to join our team as a Salesforce Developer in beautiful San Diego, California.

****PLEASE NOTE - This role can be ONSITE in a HYBRID format ( remote 1/2 the time, onsite 2-3 days per week)

Remote - we are now open to considering those that are not local, but able to work effectively in a remote setting.

This Software Developer will be a key member of our IT organization, and our smaller Salesforce centric development team, and will perform a NUMBER of hands on functions and duties, including:

* The hands -on design, implementation, and ultimately the delivery and support of various complex business solutions catered around the Salesforce Platform.
* Acting and serving as a contributor on projects focused on Salesforce - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and the Force.com platform.
* Working with internal teams in the identification, making direct recommendations of solutions, and ultimately the hands on design of Salesforce.com based solutions
* Providing support for and acting as the Salesforce GO TO SME, superficially in a multi-cloud salesforce setting, utilizing Salescloud, ServiceCloud, MarketingCloud, etc.
* This developer will be working in a highly collaborative working environment, working with local, national, international locations, clients and customers and we need those with the ability to communicate, work effectively with all communication platforms, and those with a STRONG understanding and ability to work effectively with all Salesforce and related cloud technologies.


Qualified candidates should bring with them:

CURRENT CERTIFICATIONS - Would prefer: Certified Community Cloud Consultant status, but those with Certified Force.com Platform Developer ( 1 and 2) are needed.

If candidates do NOT have current SF Certifications, we would need this person to be able to/willing to achieve certification within a years time.


EXPERIENCE DESIRED/SOUGHT:

PLEASE NOTE - This IS NOT a Lead/Architect level role!

* We need either an up and coming, or MID LEVEL developer, those with 3-5 years of hands on experience, with room to grow.

* The type of experience we would like to see would be candidates with an ability to work in a structured, team oriented software development environment, say with AGILE/SCRUM exposure/experience, and ideally with a background developing HIGHLY CUSTOMIZED Salesforce applications.

* Our space is not a HIGHLY REGULATED one, thus there is more room for CREATIVITY and expansion of ideas in different areas....having worked in a similar environment in the past, would be very attractive experience.

* We would welcome those with hands on development background in Force.com development experience, including direct work with Apex and Visualforce.

* The IDEAL candidate will ALSO have more than 2-3 years of applicable Lightning Component experience as well.

Qualified candidates need to bring a high level of experience, and competency with:
* Java/Javalite Development - ReactJS, PHP, Javascript/JQuery
* HIGHLY DESIRED - those with Marketing Cloud - Data Extensions exp
* GIT Source Control
* Hands on Salesforce development under their belt, Salesforce development including Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning components (Aura and LWC)

Specific hands on:
* Experience with Salesforce Experiences (Communities) A PLUS
* Good understanding of data structures, data modeling, database schema required.

* Lightning (Aura and LWC)
* Eloqua
* Experience with MS SQL Server (Specifically SSIS)is DESIRED
