We have been around since 2011 and we've always been a consistently growing company but have been experiencing significant recent ramp up from consistent growth and demand for our product. We are currently needing to scale up our engineering team and looking for experienced Ruby engineers with good leadership experience to help us grow.

What You Will Be Doing
- Design, build and maintain backend systems working predominantly with Ruby on Rails
- Work closely with engineering leadership in building scalable backend systems
What You Need for this Position
- At least 5 years Ruby On Rails
- Strong SQL database experience
- AWS not needed, but nice to have
