First and foremost, I’d like to say that I define life as a constant lesson and consider myself a student of the world. I view every day as an opportunity to learn, affect other people in a positive manner and contribute to the advancement of spaces that surround me. I constantly seek the opportunity to improve upon myself and help along others when I can. After graduating from UC Irvine with a B.S. degree in Social Ecology and Economics in 2008, I took on various experiences. Interning and working in positions throughout my career that have allowed me growth in the areas of management, business development, marketing, recruiting and sales. When I came to CyberCoders, I was very excited to have a career where I am in a position to help more individuals, where cutting edge technology is leveraged to do so and the end goals of everyone involved is synergistic. It just makes for an enjoyable experience all around.
I enjoy working as an insider/consultant and enjoy taking an approach that is not simply based on the “face value” of a situation. I enjoy the experience of becoming a trusted partner and helping to grow a business by contributing to key aspects of their advancement. A long term approach to business will always create stronger partnerships and the relationships that you can rely on. My experience in recruiting is highly focused on Tech. I look forward to expanding on the technologies as the field advances and am excited to move into other areas.
Outside of work, I play a very active role within my family and enjoy spending time with the people that are important to me. I love playing/watching sports, having a beer with my buddies at the end of the day, exploring the world of music at all times (I will listen to anything you put on my play-list and probably love it!), help serve with a youth driven non profit organization (eayikes.org) and enjoy photography as well. I believe that if you put yourself out there, and chase your dreams, the rest of the world will conspire to help you.
