We are seeking a talented Heavy Civil Project Manager to join our team and oversee the successful completion of our construction projects. As the Heavy Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing overall management direction for a field project or two or more smaller projects and developing new business opportunities relative to a particular client.

-Manage relationships with key stakeholders
-Create benchmarks for success and deliverables
-Manage budgets and plan work assignments that meet deadlines requirements while considering changes in budget or scope during the execution of the contract

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
At least 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager on supporting heavy civil projects ranging in size from $100K to $5M
Experience with the 8 (a) program preferred

Salary range $90K - $130K
