Located in Southern CA, we are a global leader in sports tracking analysis products that provide performance, entertainment, and enhancement tools to the golf industry by developing best-in-class launch monitors, simulators, software, and mobility solutions!

We are looking for a Project Manager who has a strong understanding of electrical & mechanical design processes to oversee firmware/hardware development, preferably within the consumer electronics space!

What You Will Be Doing

- Work with product stakeholders on gathering requirements
- Participate in engineering design meetings, create plans, and ensure translation of requirements into tasks/user stories
- Maintain sprints and manage Firmware development progress
- Create cards in Jira describing development tasks + bug fixes
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
- Assist with hiring and team expansion efforts
- Risk management and mitigation
- Convey status with upper management
- Liaison with purchasing/production/etc ensuring dependencies dont delay projects
- Assign/direct/evaluate tasks to team members
- Track and report KPIs to upper management

What You Need for this Position

BSME, BSEE, or related, or equivalent experience

5+ years of project management

Experience delivering consumer electronic devices

Overseeing firmware / hardware development

Mechanical design methods and principles (plastic injection molding processes)

Electronic design principles and practices (PCB development, layout, processes)

Agile/Scrum Methodology

Atlassian tools / Jira
