What You Will Be Doing

1) Assist and prepare engineering plans for Civil/Site Engineering, including but not limited to:
- Stormwater Calculations and designs
- Residential, Commercial, and Institutional Site Design (Parking, Grading, Utilities, etc.)
- Subdivisions and Development Projects
- OWTS and Septic Designs
- Structural Engineering for light-frame Residential and Commercial Projects (preparing framing, foundation, retaining wall designs, etc.)
2) Manage proposals and estimates
3) Perform site visits, inspections
4) Attend meetings, interact with clients, lead small to mid-sized design projects
5) Mentor junior staff and help coordinate job assignments

What You Need for this Position

- Professional Engineer (P.E.) License required
- Civil Engineering experience required; Land Surveying experience a plus
- Background working on Residential, Commercial, and Institutional design projects
- Structural design experience is a plus
- Functional knowledge of Entercalc, HydroCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit
