What You Will Be Doing
In this role you will responsible for all field related activity such as jobsite safety, cost, quality, and schedule on one or more projects, depending on scope and scale of the work. You will work closely with management staff regarding all aspects of the project. You will also communicate regularly with the General Superintendent, requesting support and taking direction as necessary to ensure successful project delivery. Maintain relationships with Clients, Architects, Consultants and Subcontractors. Daily activities are conducted to promote the company's vision, mission and core values.
What You Need for this Position
At least 5 years of experience and:
- Commercial
- Multi Family
- Blueprint Reading
- OSHA certification preferred
