We are looking for a driven, organized, and personable individual to fill our open position as Project Manager. We have done over 3500 units since our inception and continue to grow more every year. What You Will Be Doing

-Manage personnel and subcontractors to ensure consistent communication and on time projects
-Review project budget and ensure project is at or under
-Present project schedule and budget in project team meetings
-Oversee operation from beginning to end.
-travel may be required

-3+ years Project Manager experience
- Multi-family Construction
- OSHA 30
- STSC
- Wood-frame
- Type III Construction
- Type V Construction
